By using this hotspot system you agree that neither wireless.geek.nz nor the provider of the internet connection can be held liable for the content received or sent over the hotspot infrastructure while you are connected to the internet.
Any liability is limited to the value of credit that has been purchased at the time of any complaint being made.
While every endeavour is made to assure a quality of internet connection, wireless.geek.nz or the provider of the internet connection the hotspot is using take no responsibility for outages or a drop in quality of service beyond our control.
By using this system you agree that wireless.geek.nz, and the provider of internet that this hotspot is using, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at their discretion, and that usage statistics may be kept regarding bandwidth usage and time connected.
Credit for the wireless.geek.nz hotspot system remains active for 12 months after your last use. As long as you connect to the wireless.geek.nz hotspot system at least once every 12 months your credit will not expire.
